WARRANTY OF PRODUCT

• We support a four-month free guarantee from the balance payment date. 

• We provide simple repair services only once within the warranty period

  •  Wig maintenance

  • replacement of eye parts

  • Simple repainting of small areas 

• Damage caused by user negligence is excluded from free warranty. 

• Free guarantees will be restricted if a third party renovates other than this workshop. 

• Even within the warranty period, the round-trip shipping fee is separate. 

REPAIR OF PRODUCT

• Repairs after the warranty period will be paid.

• Repair may be limited depending on the extent and condition of the damage. 

• Depending on the production schedule of the workshop, repairs may be limited or it may take some time to repair.

• The cost of the repair depends on the difficulty of the repair. 

• There is a separate round-trip shipping fee for the repair.
