PROCESS OF ORDER

• • Complete the first order form. It contains basic information necessary for production, such as the information of the person who ordered, the character to order, and whether or not to make accessories.
    
    

  • Once your first order form is confirmed, we will contact you through the email on the order form and send you a link to the second order form that will fill out the additional information needed for production.
    
    

  • When the second order form is completed, we will send you a guide and estimate for the order.
    
    

  • After receiving the estimate, we receive a down payment of $400 in advance to confirm the contract.
    Subsequently, in the case of cancellation due to personal change of mind or personal circumstances, not due to the dispute, the down payment is not refundable.
    
    

  • Once the payment of the down payment is completed, the 3D modeling of the mask will be started, and once the modeling is completed in the first stage, the confirmation will proceed.
    
    

  • After confirmation, the modification request is possible up to two times. After the modeling is confirmed, the actual mask is printed, so modification of the form is not possible.
    
    

  • After the mask is printed, the actual production will be carried out. Based on the completion date of the output of the mask, the production period is expected to be around 3 to 4 months. This may be flexible depending on the working situation
    
    

  • Once the production is completed, the balance will be paid after receiving the final confirmation. The finished product will be shipped after confirmation of the balance payment.

PAYMENT INFO

• • Overseas payments can only be made through PayPal. When you pay for PayPal, the price is calculated in dollars and a PayPal fee is added to the payment amount.
    
    

  • A deposit of the down payment is required within 48 hours after receiving the quotation. If 48 hours have elapsed without further contact, the order will be canceled.
    
    

  • If there is no contact for more than a month without a justifiable reason or no balance payment is made after the balance payment guide, the purchase is considered to be canceled, and the manufactured mask may be sold publicly.  
    
    

  • Customers who cancel due to a change of mind without justifiable reasons during the production may be denied production in the future. 

SHIPMENT INFO

• • We use EMS for overseas shipping and shipping fee will be charged separately. 

  • If you find any damage after receiving it, please let us know as soon as possible. 

  • For international shipping, customs duties may be charged according to the laws of the country in which you reside, and customs duties are borne by the buyer. 

  • Loss or damage during overseas delivery can be covered within the scope of delivery insurance. 

ADDITIONAL NOTICE ABOUT ORDER

• Please fill out the information you are filling out correctly. All production is based on filling information.
  
  

• Any information related to the production will be informed by e-mail.
  
  

• If the order volume increases, the order form will be discontinued until production becomes available. Order notices will be posted on the official Twitter account.
  
  

• For characters whose production is difficult, ordering may not be possible.
